Services
Luminae Data Strategies LLC provides K-12 data consulting services including assessment analysis, insight reporting, dashboard development, and strategic data advising. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a signed Scope of Work for each engagement.
Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. All content including text, charts, and visualizations is the intellectual property of Luminae Data Strategies LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Consulting Engagements
- All engagements require a signed Scope of Work and Data Privacy Agreement prior to commencement.
- A 50% deposit is due upon signing. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery.
- One round of revisions is included in all standard engagements. Additional revision requests may be subject to additional fees.
- Luminae is not responsible for decisions made by the client based on analysis provided. All recommendations are advisory in nature.
Intellectual Property
Deliverables produced for a client become the property of the client upon receipt of final payment. Luminae retains the right to reference anonymized project outcomes for portfolio, marketing, and professional development purposes.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. Student data is handled according to the terms of the signed Data Privacy Agreement and applicable federal and state law.
Limitation of Liability
Luminae Data Strategies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or consulting services provided. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
